Microsoft has started rolling out new firmware updates for Surface Pro 11. The latest update is available for Surface Pro (11th Edition) running Windows 11, Version 24H2 or later.
The new firmware update fixes an issue where customers cannot stream video during video conference calls or record video with the Windows Camera app when using Windows Studio effects. The update is listed as an āOctober 7 releaseā on the Surface Pro 11 Update History page.

Getting the Updates via Windows Update
You can get this new Firmware Update via Windows Updates, as we detailed here:
- Go to Start > Settings (Win + I)
- Go toĀ Windows Update and click on the “Check for updates” button
If your Surface Pro did not receive the update, it should now be available on the Windows Update list.
